Review Policy

Hello there, want to send me a book to review? Then you've come to the right place. Please continue to read on for more information about my policy rules for sending me a book/novel/novella to either be featured on my blog or reviewed.

My Preferred Genres:

Historical Fiction
Romance
Adventure
Contemporary
Fantasy
Mystery

Types of Books I will accept:

Young Adult - (13-15)
Children's Books - (9-12)
Advanced Reader Copies (ARCs)
E-reader compatible
Paperback, Hardback (preferable)

Types of Books I will not accept:

Horror / Paranormal
Adult Books (16+)
Younger Children Books
Baby or Picture Books
Religion as a big theme

Please Include in the request for me to review your book/novel/novella:

Your Name
The title of the book
A picture of the cover (in .JPEG or .PNG format)
Publishing information
Name of author
Link to a site where viewers may buy the book if interested
*Date for me to publish the review (optional)

I appreciate the time you have taken to read my policies. If you are the publisher or the author and your book/novel/novella abides with the above, then feel free to send me a copy so that I can review it. You can send in your review request to my email: theombrediaries@gmail.com

Please understand that if I do not reply to your email within around 6-7 days, I may have not received your email. If so, then please send again, if I do not reply to your email once again, then it is possible that I have declined your request.

*If the author or publisher wishes to request a certain date for the review to be published, then please send in the book at a least a week or so in advance to give me time to read it.
